The oxidising emulsion has been designed specifically for mixing with the eyebrow tints and colour boosters in the Elan Smart Tinting Colour Range. Its formula creates the ideal soft creamy tint texture ensuring a perfect application & amazing results every time. Elan Smart Tinting system is a Hybrid Skin stain with a lasting time like Henna but no discolouration. 

Colour to Emulsion ratio is 50:50 therefore you should order 1 emulsion to each tube of colour you purchase excluding colour boosters.
