All of our products are shipped out of our Training facility in Cityworks Depot Monday - Friday.

Orders received before 1pm are shipped same day, unless listed in the product description.

All parcels are sent by track and trace courier and are fully insured.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Please note we cannot deliver to PO boxes or allow pickups without prior arrangement.

RETURNS: Due to the nature of the product, we are only able to accept returns in the event that a product is damaged or faulty.
