Brows Brows Brows – YUMI Beauty Terms & Conditions

1. Professional Use Only

YUMI Lashes & Brows products are strictly for professional use by trained and certified YUMI therapists.Purchasers must hold current certification from an authorised YUMI Beauty trainer before ordering or performing any YUMI treatments.
Brows Brows Brows reserves the right to request proof of certification at any time and to refuse or cancel orders where certification cannot be verified.

2. Training and Access to Protocols

All official YUMI training is delivered by certified YUMI Master Trainers under Brows Brows Brows.
Training provides access to the full YUMI manual (43 pages), which covers:

  • Product ratios and application techniques

  • Timings for all lash & brow types

  • Correction methods for over-processing

  • Aftercare, contraindications, and client safety

This information is exclusive to trained professionals and is not supplied with retail product purchases.

3. Ordering & Account Approval

Professional accounts are verified prior to approval. Only approved YUMI certified accounts may purchase restricted products.
Brows Brows Brows may decline or cancel orders if account details are incomplete, unverifiable, or breach these Terms & Conditions.


In rare cases of system error or administrative oversight, unqualified purchases may be refunded or cancelled at our discretion.

4. Product Use & Liability

Improper use of professional only formulations without YUMI training may result in client injury, damage, or unsatisfactory results.
Brows Brows Brows and YUMI Beauty accept no liability for misuse, off label use, or application performed by untrained persons.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are fully trained and understand correct product usage and aftercare.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene regulations, professional cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photos and batch numbers.
Unauthorised or incorrectly approved orders may be refunded once the product is returned unopened, at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Representation

YUMI Lashes & Brows is a registered international brand. All logos, imagery, manuals, and educational materials remain the property of YUMI Beauty Paris.
Brows Brows Brows is the exclusive authorised distributor and training provider in New Zealand.
Use of YUMI branding, imagery, or educational materials outside authorised channels is prohibited.

7. Updates & Changes

Brows Brows Brows reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, pricing, or eligibility requirements at any time without prior notice.
Continued purchasing or training enrolment constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms & Conditions.
